Our property management includes the following services:
- Inspection of the property 2 times per month and additional survey after a storm (review of the building after storm damage, burglary, vandalism, pests, etc.)
- Removal of any damage in prior consultation with you
- Ventilation of the building to prevent mould growth
- Documentation of the visit and any damage, accessible by e-mail
- Payment of utility bills, as well as reading the water and electricity meters
- Review of the installations – electricity, water
- Storage of keys in the safe
